Dr. Edwin Tan is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who graduated from NUS in 2004, subsequently achieving postgraduate qualifications including Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and a Masters of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed a prestigious one-year fellowship at Imperial College, London, with Professor Roger Emery, a renowned expert in shoulder and elbow surgery.
Specializing in Sports and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Tan has extensive experience particularly in upper limb and knee conditions, performing over a thousand successful surgeries. He is notably proficient in Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty, being one of the leading surgeons in this procedure in the region. Additionally, Dr. Tan has contributed to medical education as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and served in multiple leadership roles focusing on patient safety and surgical training.

Dr. Dinesh Sirisena is a Consultant in Sports and Exercise Medicine, graduating from Bart’s and The London Medical School in 2004 and completing his specialist training in 2014. He has extensive experience working with elite sports teams, including football clubs (AFC Wimbledon, Irish and English FA), rugby teams (Northampton Saints, Saracens Academy, RFUW, Singapore Rugby), athletics (Diamond League events), hockey (Olympic and England teams), mixed martial arts, and as a sports medicine doctor during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Specialising in non-invasive injury treatments, Dr. Dinesh provides advanced procedures including ultrasound-guided injections for the lumbar and cervical spine, hydrodilatation, tendon stripping, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, high-volume injections, TENEX therapy, and shockwave therapy. As the Local Medical Director of Buckinghamshire Musculoskeletal Service, he was responsible for ultrasound-guided interventions, clinical supervision, and service management.
Previously, Dr. Dinesh has served as a consultant with Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and as a consultant in Sports Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore, providing musculoskeletal (MSK) services, medical screenings, rehabilitation, and education. In addition to clinical work, he actively contributes to medical research and education as an Assistant Professor at both NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in Singapore.
